De Hoge Veluwe National Park is - partly due to the variety of landscapes - the most surprising national park in the Netherlands. The Park is famous for its rare animal and plant species. With over 40 kilometers of paved cycle paths, free to use White Bicycles and a lot of different walking routes, the Park offers something for everyone. The Kröller-Müller Museum - located in the center of the Park - shows works of great masters like Van Gogh, Picasso and Mondriaan. The visitor will also come across a number of monuments by famous architects Berlage and Van de Velde in the Park. The famous country residence/museum Jachthuis Sint Hubertus is perhaps the most impressive example. The special combination of nature and art guarantees a Park with a high recreational and educational value. Due to the high natural value, the area is also assessed by researchers as very valuable.
